JLJL77 Reference Site: How to Reach the Team Behind These Pages
This page explains how to reach the people who write these pages, and just as importantly, what they cannot do for you. Read it before you send anything, because the answer to most questions about money or access is not here.
What this site is, and what it is not
These pages are a player-side reference about the JLJL77 lobby: its addresses, its forms, its game lanes and the published numbers of the slot titles it carries. The team behind them writes and corrects the pages. It does not run the lobby, it has no access to any player’s account, and it holds no money for anyone. The about page sets out how the pages are researched and what they rest on.
Because of that, a message to this site can never fix any of the following:
- a login that fails, a locked account or a forgotten password;
- a deposit that has not arrived or a withdrawal that is pending;
- a promotion that was not credited or a dispute about its terms;
- anything that needs your username, your password or your wallet details.
Never send a password, a one-time code or a screenshot of your wallet to anyone who offers to help with these. No genuine helper needs them.
Where account and money questions belong
Those questions go to JLJL77’s own support. The lobby lists a customer service entry, a live chat, Telegram and Facebook channels in its footer and menu, and you reach them from inside the lobby itself. Open the lobby from an address you typed yourself, sign in, and use the channel the lobby shows. Describe the problem in one message: what you did, what the screen showed, the time it happened and, for money, the reference the cashier printed.
If you feel your play is getting out of hand, that is not a support ticket either. The responsible play page on this site names the bodies that help, and the help they give does not depend on any operator.
What you can send to this site
The team does want to hear about the pages themselves. Useful messages include:
- a figure on a page that no longer matches what a studio publishes;
- a lobby label, form field or address that has changed since it was read;
- a broken link or a page that does not load;
- a sentence that is unclear or reads as a promise.
Name the page address and quote the sentence you mean. Corrections are checked against the source before a page changes, so include where you saw the newer information.
How messages reach the team
No e-mail address is published on this site yet. Until a monitored inbox is set up and confirmed, the team does not print one, because an address that nobody reads is worse than none. When a contact address goes live, it will appear on this page.
Nothing you read here asks you for personal details, and the site has no forms that collect them. The privacy page explains exactly what a visit to these pages does and does not record. This site is for adults aged 21 and over.
