JLJL77 JILI Games — Studio, Licences & Titles

This page concerns JILI as a studio and has nothing to do with the operators that carry it. Drawn from the company itself and from public regulator records, the material below is sourced.

Who JILI is

A founding year is not published. No corporate source states one.

Which studios get confused with JILI

Several aggregators merge the identities of TaDa Gaming and JILI, calling them sister brands under common ownership and giving TaDa credit for titles including Fortune Gems. Commentary from the industry is the only place this appears, never JILI’s own site, which is the reason it is labelled a conflation and kept out of the ownership facts. Unrelated to this studio, ‘Jili777’ was an unlicensed entity whose run finished in January 2024.

Licences the studio holds

Licence held by JILI, as recorded: PAGCOR (Electronic Gaming Licensing Department). A licence held by a studio relates to the developer of the games, not to the casino offering them, so it is distinct from an operator licence and a player’s recourse lies with the operator’s regulator instead.

• PAGCOR (Electronic Gaming Licensing Department) — The register of electronic games cleared by PAGCOR EGLD has JILI entries in it. JILI is a content supplier whose games are approved for use by operators PAGCOR licenses, not a PAGCOR-licensed operator itself.

Titles covered on this site

This site has its own page for 5 JILI titles: Mega Fishing, Fortune Gems 3, Money Coming, Boxing King, Mega Ace.

JILI itself picks Royal Fishing, Super Ace, Golden Empire and Fortune Gems to feature on its own pages. It comes from the studio, and its purpose is to promote the studio’s catalogue. The casino that carries any of them is not named by it, and neither are the ones with pages here.

Whether JILI publishes RTP

JILI publishes no return-to-player figures where its games are described on its own pages. Other places that quote an RTP for one of its titles rely on third-party aggregation, and those sources are at odds with each other. This site does not quote one.

JILI never puts a return-to-player percentage on the game pages of its site. A review of all fourteen official jiligames.com title pages found that RTP is simply not a listed field. A title can carry one aggregator figure on one site and a figure two points different on another, since aggregators publish a number regardless, and that is why this page repeats none.

This matters more than it sounds. Where a return-to-player number comes from is the whole question: if it only circulates among comparison sites without a primary source, it proves nothing.

JILI in the Philippine market

It markets to the Philippines through a dedicated site and holds PAGCOR EGLD approval for its game content. No PAGCOR operator licence sits with JILI, legal commentary stresses, and so a site’s standing is a matter for its operator’s licence, not for the JILI name on the games.
